I am Tadas Janušonis, a photographer from Lithuania, and I’m crazy about the night sky.

This video is made only from single photographs and it took me nearly half a year to complete. I have spent hundreds of hours camping, hiking and photographing in the total darkness and I took thousands of photos.

Lithuanian sky is very unique because it has very little light pollution compared to the other parts of Europe. You can find many amazing nocturnal sceneries here. I have been chasing aurora borealis, night-shining clouds, milky way, meteor showers, thunderstorms and much more.

This is a story inspired by Lithuanian mythology. With the help of my friend Justina Tulaitė, who made a track for the video, we created a mystical atmosphere that transcends you in another realm of Lithuanian gods that dwell in the sky.
